The growth of self-discipline and respect in children is important.

Cooperative and respectful behavior is required of all children. Children will be taught clear expectations of sharing, and interacting with one another as well as respectful behavior and conversation with others. Should children act in an inappropriate manner and become continually aggressive or extremely upset, and has uncontrollable tantrums after receiving their first warning and being re-directed to another activity separation calm down/relax time are used to help children understand that certain behavior is not acceptable. Children will be separated placed in a relaxing calm down area away from the group, but only for as long as necessary for children to regain their composure and self-control to rejoin the group. Children will be placed in an area where he or she can be seen in view and properly supervised. Under NO circumstances will your child be disciplined by verbal or physical abuse, nor will your child be deprived of food to discipline.
